As a Food and Beverage Service Staff member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for delivering food and beverages to customers, taking orders accurately, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities: Customer Service: Welcome guests warmly and assist them in finding seating arrangements. Provide menus, take orders accurately, and answer any questions about the menu items or specials. Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, including refills, additional condiments, and special requests. Order Delivery: Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly and delivered promptly. Ensure that all food and beverage items are served at the appropriate temperature and in the correct sequence. Upselling and Promotion: Promote featured menu items, specials, and promotions to guests to increase sales and enhance the dining experience. Suggest complementary items such as appetizers, desserts, or beverages to accompany the main meal. Table Maintenance: Clear tables and reset them for the next guests, ensuring cleanliness and tidiness. Replace table linens, utensils, and condiments as needed. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in dining areas, including floors, chairs, and decor. Payment Processing: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and provide change or receipts as required. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and electronic payments securely and efficiently. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return in the future. Qualifications and Skills: Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and order delivery. Positive attitude and willingness to provide exceptional customer service. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
