Maintain regular communication with potential customers to keep them engaged in the sales process. Customer Feedback: Collect feedback from customers regarding their experience with products or services. Address any concerns or complaints raised by customers and escalate issues as needed. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in the company database or CRM system. Update contact details, lead status, and interaction history as needed. Performance Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. Provide regular updates to supervisors or managers on performance achievements and challenges. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations during call interactions. Ensure adherence to privacy and data protection laws when handling customer information. Implement new strategies or approaches to improve call efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent qualification. Experience: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles is preferred. Familiarity with outbound calling and lead generation techniques is advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language, with a clear and pleasant speaking voice. Ability to effectively convey information and build rapport over the phone. Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques, including persuasion, objection handling, and closing strategies. Listening Skills: Active listening skills to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Time Management: Strong time management skills to handle multiple calls and tasks within designated timeframes.
