As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You will serve as a point of contact between the organization and its clients, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle various customer-related tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in-person meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring prompt and effective communication at all times. Order Processing and Follow-up: Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Follow up with clients to confirm order details, provide updates on order status, and address any issues or delays. Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management for further resolution. Client Satisfaction: Proactively seek feedback from clients to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement. Take proactive steps to enhance customer experience and ensure high levels of satisfaction. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in customer acquisition and retention efforts. Assist in preparing sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions using CRM software or other tools. Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and issues for management review. Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and business objectives. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Fluency in English and Malayalam languages.
