Medication Management: Monitor medication adherence and compliance among patients, identifying and addressing potential barriers to medication adherence, such as cost, accessibility, or adverse effects. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from a recognized institution. Registered Pharmacist with the Kerala State Pharmacy Council or eligible for registration. Strong clinical knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication management principles.
