As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales through telephone calls, emails, and online channels in Ettumanoor. Your role involves building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and persuasively presenting products or services to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads and prospects using various sources, including databases, social media, and industry directories. Reach out to leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce products or services and generate interest. Qualification and Needs Assessment: Engage with prospects to understand their business requirements, challenges, and pain points, qualifying them as potential customers based on predefined criteria. Conduct needs assessments and solution consultations to determine the best-fit products or services to address the prospect's needs. Product Presentation and Demonstration: Present product features, benefits, and value propositions persuasively to prospects, highlighting how the offerings meet their specific needs and deliver value. Conduct product demonstrations or virtual presentations as needed to showcase key features and capabilities. Proposal Preparation and Follow-up: Prepare and send proposals, quotes, or presentations to prospects outlining the proposed solution, pricing, and terms of service. Follow up with prospects regularly to answer questions, address concerns, and overcome objections, nurturing them through the sales cycle. Closing Sales: Negotiate terms and conditions with prospects, striving to achieve win-win outcomes that meet both customer needs and company objectives. Close sales agreements or contracts with qualified prospects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing of orders. Sales Reporting and Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospect interactions, and deal progress using CRM software or sales tracking tools. Monitor and manage sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from initial contact through to closure and providing regular updates to sales management. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education. Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, including active listening, persuasive speaking, and professional writing, with fluency in English and proficiency in local languages as needed. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure commitments from prospects. Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and digital communication platforms for lead management and customer engagement. Additional Information: This is a full-time position based in Ettumanoor, Kerala. Regular working hours, typically Monday to Friday, with occasional evening or weekend work as needed to accommodate customer schedules.
