As a Tailor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality tailoring services to our customers in Kannur. Key Responsibilities: Consultation and Measurement Taking: Meet with clients to discuss their clothing requirements, preferences, and design preferences. Take accurate measurements of clients' bodies to ensure precise fitting and customization of garments. Garment Construction: Cut fabric according to patterns or measurements, taking into account any design details or alterations requested by the client. Sew and assemble garments using sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Make alterations and adjustments to garments as necessary to achieve the desired fit and appearance. Fabric Selection and Preparation: Assist clients in selecting suitable fabrics, colors, and patterns for their garments, providing guidance on fabric characteristics and care instructions. Prepare fabric for cutting and sewing by washing, ironing, and laying it out in accordance with the garment design. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' questions, concerns, and requests in a professional and courteous manner. Keep clients informed of the progress of their orders and any delays or changes to delivery timelines. Quality Control: Inspect finished garments for quality, fit, and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments or corrections to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress, with expertise in garment construction, alterations, and customization.
