We are looking for skilled Aluminium Fabricators to assemble, install, and maintain aluminium structures and components according to project specifications and industry standards. The Aluminium Fabricator will play a crucial role in fabricating aluminium products, ensuring precision, quality, and durability in every aspect of the manufacturing process. Responsibilities: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and fabrication methods. Cut, shape, and assemble aluminium profiles, extrusions, and sheets using various tools and equipment, such as saws, drills, routers, and CNC machines. Measure and mark aluminium materials for cutting, drilling, and machining, ensuring accuracy and adherence to dimensions. Fabricate aluminium frames, panels, windows, doors, and other architectural elements according to design specifications and engineering standards. Weld or join aluminium components using techniques such as MIG welding, TIG welding, and brazing, ensuring strong and durable connections. Install fabricated aluminium products on-site, following installation guidelines and safety protocols to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality. Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Repair or modify aluminium structures and components as needed to correct defects or accommodate design changes. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe condition, following maintenance procedures and safety guidelines. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to plan and execute fabrication projects, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazards in the workplace, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Keep abreast of industry developments, new materials, and fabrication techniques to enhance skills and knowledge in aluminium fabrication. Requirements: Proven work experience as an Aluminium Fabricator or in a similar role, with a minimum of [insert number] years of experience in aluminium fabrication.
