Conducting routine check-ups on female patients to assess their reproductive health. Diagnosing and treating various gynecological conditions such as menstrual disorders, infertility, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and hormonal disorders. Performing pelvic exams, pap smears, and other diagnostic tests. Advising patients on birth control options and family planning. 2. Pregnancy Care: Monitoring pregnant women through prenatal check-ups. Providing guidance on prenatal care, including nutrition, exercise, and overall health during pregnancy. Conducting ultrasounds and other necessary tests to monitor fetal development. Managing complications during pregnancy and childbirth. 3. Surgical Procedures: Performing surgeries such as hysterectomies, cesarean sections (C-sections), and other gynecological surgeries. Conducting minimally invasive procedures like laparoscopies for diagnosis and treatment. 4. Medical Records and Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients. Documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information. 5. Collaboration: Collaborating with other healthcare professionals, such as obstetricians, nurses, and anesthesiologists, to provide comprehensive care. Participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss complex cases. 6. Patient Education: Educating patients on reproductive health, including sexually transmitted diseases, menopause, and other gynecological issues. Providing information on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices. 7. Research and Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest advancements in gynecology and attending conferences or workshops. Contributing to research projects related to women's health when possible. 8. Compliance and Ethics: Adhering to all medical ethics and standards. Following hospital or clinic protocols for patient care and safety. Qualifications: Medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD or MS). Valid medical license to practice in India. Experience in gynecological procedures and surgeries. Strong communication skills and empathy for patients. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively.
