We are looking for a talented Photoshop Designer to create stunning visual designs and graphics for various projects, including branding, marketing materials, social media content, website designs, and more. The Photoshop Designer will play a key role in bringing creative concepts to life and delivering high-quality designs that meet our clients' expectations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements, objectives, and client preferences. Use Adobe Photoshop to create and manipulate images, illustrations, and graphics for a wide range of purposes, including print and digital media. Develop concepts, sketches, and mockups based on client briefs and design specifications. Enhance and retouch photographs to improve composition, color balance, and visual appeal. Design marketing materials, such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and advertisements, that effectively communicate client messages and brand identities. Create visually engaging social media graphics, infographics, and visual content for various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Design website layouts, user interfaces, and digital assets that are visually appealing, user-friendly, and aligned with brand guidelines. Work with typography, color theory, and layout principles to create aesthetically pleasing designs that resonate with target audiences. Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software updates to maintain proficiency and creativity in design work. Collaborate with clients, account managers, and other stakeholders to present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions as needed. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables. Ensure that all design deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Photoshop Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually appealing designs. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and other graphic design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Creative thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of print and digital design standards and file formats. Familiarity with web design principles and UI/UX design concepts is advantageous. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
