We are looking for friendly and attentive Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent customer service to our guests. The Waiter/Waitress will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and attending to their needs promptly and courteously. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the restaurant. Escort customers to their tables and present menus. Provide recommendations and describe menu items to customers. Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Enter orders into the POS system and ensure they are relayed to the kitchen promptly. Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. Check in with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their meals and address any concerns or special requests. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per customers' preferences. Clear tables and ensure that they are clean and set for the next guests. Handle payments, process bills, and provide accurate change to customers. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area and workstations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow. Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned by the restaurant manager. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling payments and cash transactions.
