Responsibilities: Maintain and manage the spare parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times. Develop and implement inventory control procedures to minimize stock discrepancies. Monitor stock movement and generate reports on inventory status, including slow-moving and fast-moving items. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement of spare parts. Receive and inspect incoming spare parts shipments, verifying quantities and quality. Oversee the storage and organization of spare parts in the warehouse. Process spare parts orders for service and sales departments efficiently. Handle customer inquiries and provide information on spare parts availability and pricing. Collaborate with the service and sales teams to forecast parts requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to spare parts management. Train and supervise junior staff members in spare parts management tasks.
