We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Automobile Spare Parts Incharge to join our team in Kozhikode. As the Incharge, you will be responsible for managing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of spare parts for our automotive service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive spare parts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all spare parts in the inventory. Monitor stock levels and reorder parts as needed to ensure optimal inventory levels. Conduct regular audits to prevent stock discrepancies and losses. Procurement: Source new suppliers and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effective procurement. Place orders with approved suppliers and track delivery schedules. Verify received orders to ensure they match purchase specifications. Distribution and Sales: Fulfill internal requests for spare parts from the service center. Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely availability of parts for customer service jobs. Assist customers with spare parts inquiries, provide pricing, and process sales transactions. Quality Control: Inspect incoming parts for quality and compliance with specifications. Address any quality issues with suppliers and arrange for replacements or refunds. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Evaluate vendor performance and make recommendations for changes when necessary. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, purchases, and sales. Generate reports on inventory levels, sales, and procurement activities for management review.
