We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Idukki. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customers, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets in assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: Conduct market research to identify potential customers, new sales opportunities, and competitive factors in assigned territories or sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other sales prospecting methods to build a robust pipeline of potential customers. Visit prospective customers in person to introduce products or services, demonstrate features and benefits, and negotiate sales terms and agreements. Present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to prospective clients, and follow up on inquiries, requests for information, and objections to secure sales closures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized service and support to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Achieve sales targets and performance objectives set by the sales manager or sales team leader, and track progress against sales goals using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tracking tools. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs on a regular basis, and provide insights, feedback, and recommendations to management to improve sales performance and strategies. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts, address customer needs, and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and incorporate relevant insights into sales strategies and customer engagements. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, exhibitions, and networking forums to promote brand awareness and generate business opportunities. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing sales activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field is preferred. Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role, preferably in the relevant industry or sector. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade, influence, and overcome objections effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories or regions. Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-centric mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value to customers. Fluency in Malayalam and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage. Knowledge of local market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances in Idukki or Kerala is preferred.
