Perform skincare treatments, including cleansing, exfoliating, toning, moisturizing, and applying masks or serums, to improve skin tone, texture, and appearance. Provide hair care services, such as cutting, coloring, styling, and conditioning treatments, to enhance the natural beauty and health of clients' hair. Perform nail care services, including shaping, filing, buffing, and applying polish or gel treatments, to maintain the cleanliness and aesthetics of clients' nails. Apply makeup for various occasions, including weddings, parties, photo shoots, and special events, and create customized looks to enhance clients' features and complement their personal style. Educate clients on proper skincare routines, hair care techniques, and makeup application tips, and recommend suitable products for at-home maintenance. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in work areas, treatment rooms, and equipment, and sterilize tools and implements after each use. Keep abreast of current beauty trends, techniques, and products, and attend training sessions, workshops, and industry events to update skills and knowledge. Build and maintain relationships with clients, provide personalized service, and ensure their satisfaction with treatments and services. Promote beauty products, cosmetics, and skincare lines available for sale in the salon, and offer product recommendations and demonstrations to clients. Assist in scheduling appointments, managing client bookings, and maintaining accurate records of services provided and products sold. Requirements: Certificate or diploma in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field from a recognized beauty school or training institute. Proven work experience as a Beautician, Cosmetologist, or Esthetician in a salon, spa, or beauty center. Excellent technical skills and proficiency in performing a range of beauty treatments and services. Strong knowledge of skincare products, hair care techniques, makeup application methods, and nail care procedures. Creativity, artistic flair, and attention to detail in delivering beauty services and creating customized looks for clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalized consultations.
