Monitor and evaluate team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions or training programs to address performance gaps. Recognize and reward team members for their achievements, contributions, and efforts, and promote a positive and supportive team culture. Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, and resolve them promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with other departments, teams, or stakeholders to coordinate activities, share best practices, and achieve common goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements among team members. Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions and decision-making processes. Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and best practices in team management, and incorporate innovative ideas into team strategies and initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven work experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager, preferably in a customer service, sales, or operational role. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets, KPIs, and business objectives. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze situations, identify solutions, and implement action plans.
