Represent the organization at various events and meetings to enhance its reputation and visibility. Social Media Management: Oversee the organization's presence on social media platforms. Develop engaging content, interact with followers, and monitor online conversations to protect and enhance the organization's reputation. Brand Management: Collaborate with marketing and branding teams to develop and implement strategies for brand promotion and awareness. Ensure that all communication efforts align with the organization's brand values and objectives. Market Research: Conduct research and gather insights on public opinion, market trends, and competitor activities.
