We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Kollam. The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for selling our products or services directly to customers in assigned territories or areas. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Responsibilities: Conduct door-to-door sales visits, cold calls, and prospecting activities to identify potential customers and generate leads in assigned territories. Present and demonstrate our products or services to customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions. Listen to customer needs, answer their questions, address any concerns or objections they may have, and negotiate terms of sale to close deals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and rapport to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager or team leader, and report sales progress regularly. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing sales revenue and profitability. Collaborate with sales team members, managers, and other departments to coordinate sales efforts, share market insights, and support overall business objectives. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions using CRM software or sales tracking tools. Follow up with customers after sales to ensure satisfaction, address any issues or concerns, and secure repeat business or referrals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements, ethical standards, and data protection laws. Participate in sales training sessions, meetings, and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional education or training in sales or business is a plus. Proven work experience as a Field Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or similar role in a sales-driven environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers, communicate effectively, and influence purchasing decisions. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales deals. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to prospecting, lead generation, and sales activities. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a focus on achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines. Familiarity with sales techniques, strategies, and best practices, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing market dynamics. Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office applications for sales reporting and analysis. Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and travel within assigned territories as needed. Professional demeanor and appearance, with a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent service. Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel within assigned territories. Fluency in English and Malayalam; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
