As a telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services. Your duties will include: Making outbound calls to individuals or businesses using a prepared script to provide information about our products/services. Answering incoming calls from prospective customers and addressing their queries or concerns. Understanding customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions. Keeping accurate records of calls and sales, and updating customer information in the database. Following up on leads generated from various sources. Achieving weekly or monthly targets for sales and call volumes. Building and maintaining a positive rapport with customers. Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency of the sales process.
