Floor Supervisor Job Opening in Malappuram

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Floor Supervisor to join our team in Malappuram. The Floor Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the floor, ensuring high levels of customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of floor staff, including waiters, servers, and attendants, to ensure smooth and efficient operation during shifts. Provide guidance, direction, and support to floor staff, including training, coaching, and performance feedback, to maintain high standards of service. Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables are set correctly, and the ambiance is welcoming for guests. Assign duties and responsibilities to floor staff based on workload, priorities, and special requests from guests or management. Communicate with kitchen staff and bar staff to coordinate food and beverage service, ensuring orders are prepared and delivered accurately and timely. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and escalating concerns as needed. Conduct regular inspections of the floor area to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, and take corrective actions as necessary. Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as linens, tableware, and condiments, and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels. Assist in the development and implementation of floor service procedures, standards, and policies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction. Collaborate with management to develop and execute promotional activities, special events, and loyalty programs to attract and retain customers. Prepare reports on floor activities, including sales, guest feedback, and staff performance, for management review and decision-making. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including attendance, grooming, and conduct standards. Requirements: Proven work experience as a Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role in the hospitality industry. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional service. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and Malayalam. Additional languages are a plus. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, health and safety regulations, and sanitation standards. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software. High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
