Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and concerns. Address customer needs in a professional and courteous manner. Product Knowledge: Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Borma products and services. Assist customers in making informed decisions based on their requirements. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support sales initiatives and achieve targets. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock availability. Conduct regular stock checks and assist in restocking activities. Visual Merchandising: Participate in maintaining an appealing and organized store display. Ensure that Borma products are showcased effectively to attract customers. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other Borma staff members to create a positive and efficient work environment. Communicate effectively with colleagues and management. Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately and follow established cash handling procedures. Process payments, issue receipts, and provide change as needed. Administrative Tasks: Assist in administrative tasks such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry. Support the implementation of company policies and procedures. Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively. Escalate complex problems to higher management when necessary. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or training may be a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering quality service.
