As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, representing our company and its services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask effectively.
