Cleaning and Sanitization: Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and sanitary environment. Clean and disinfect surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and equipment as per established standards. Room Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are well-maintained and presentable. Replace amenities and supplies in guest rooms. Linen and Laundry: Manage the collection and distribution of linens and towels. Operate and maintain laundry equipment, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency. Waste Management: Proper disposal of waste and recycling materials. Monitor and empty trash containers regularly. Reporting and Inventory: Report maintenance issues, damages, and safety hazards promptly. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests when encountered. Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as maintenance and front office, to ensure seamless operations. Participate in training sessions and meetings as required. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines. Follow established procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field is preferred. Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting, and bending. Attention to Detail: Thoroughness in cleaning and maintaining spaces with attention to detail. Time Management: Efficient time management to complete tasks within established timeframes.
