The Front Office Executive is often the first point of contact for guests and visitors. They are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities: Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office/hotel. Direct visitors to the appropriate person or meeting room. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access. Reservation Management (for hotels): Handle room reservations, changes, and cancellations. Keep updated records of bookings and payments. Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for check-in. Provide information about available rooms, rates, and amenities. Administrative Tasks: Manage and maintain office supplies inventory. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers. Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations. Customer Service: Resolve guests' complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide information about services available in the area. Handle payments and maintain cash drawer (if applicable). Communication: Communicate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times.
