Offering Suggestions: Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, or drinks to enhance guests' dining experiences. Handling Payments: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and return change or process credit card payments. Customer Service: Attend to guests' needs throughout their meal, such as refilling drinks, checking on satisfaction, and addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborating with Kitchen Staff: Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep your work area, including serving stations and dining areas, clean and organized. Adhere to hygiene and safety standards. Upselling: Suggest additional items such as desserts, appetizers, or special promotions to increase sales. Handling Special Requests: Accommodate special requests, such as seating preferences, dietary restrictions, or celebrations.
