Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team in Edappal. The HR Executive will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations. Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation, training, and completing necessary paperwork. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Assist with performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organizational development efforts. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems.
