Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
