We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team in Kanhangad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repair services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and assist them in understanding their vehicle service needs. Act as a liaison between customers and the service department. Service Recommendations: Consult with customers to understand their concerns and vehicle issues. Provide detailed explanations of recommended maintenance and repair services. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for customers based on their service requirements. Coordinate with the service department to ensure efficient workflow. Cost Estimation: Provide accurate and transparent cost estimates for services. Obtain customer approval before initiating any additional work. Status Updates: Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle during the service process. Communicate any delays or additional work that may be required. Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards before delivering vehicles to customers. Address any customer concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and professionally. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and up-to-date records of customer interactions, service requests, and vehicle histories. Input relevant information into the service management system. Upselling: Identify and recommend additional services or products that may benefit the customer. Provide information on service packages and promotions. Customer Education: Educate customers on preventive maintenance and proper care for their vehicles. Explain warranty coverage and related policies. Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer service role within the automotive industry is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with service management software is a plus. Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
