As the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will lead a team of front desk staff, handling guest inquiries, reservations, and check-ins with efficiency and professionalism. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: Manage and supervise the daily operations of the front office department. Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to provide exceptional service to guests. Handle guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's services, facilities, and local area attractions. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Oversee the reservation process, ensuring accuracy and maximizing room occupancy. Monitor and manage room inventory to optimize revenue. Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to uphold quality standards. Assist in the recruitment and training of new front office staff. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
