The Billing Staff will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring timely payment collection. Key Responsibilities: Generate and process accurate invoices for services rendered or products sold. Verify billing data and resolve discrepancies as needed. Monitor accounts to ensure timely payment and follow up on overdue invoices. Respond to billing inquiries from customers and internal departments. Maintain billing records and documentation in an organized manner. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to resolve billing issues. Assist with month-end closing activities related to billing. Prepare reports on billing activity and trends as required. Stay updated on billing regulations and compliance requirements. Contribute to process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and accuracy. Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus. Proven experience in billing, accounting, or a related role. Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Familiarity with billing software or ERP systems is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving abilities.
