We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Maths Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mathematics, a knack for making complex concepts understandable, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed. The Maths Teacher will be responsible for teaching mathematics to students, creating engaging lesson plans, assessing student progress, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the mathematics curriculum. Responsibilities: Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum and effectively cater to the needs of students. Utilize various teaching methods to engage students and facilitate an interactive learning environment. Prepare and deliver lectures, presentations, and demonstrations on mathematical concepts. Create assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess students' understanding of the material. Provide constructive feedback to students and assist them in improving their mathematical skills. Maintain accurate records of students' progress, attendance, and grades. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the mathematics curriculum. Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents/guardians about students' progress. Stay updated with advancements in the field of mathematics education and incorporate relevant teaching strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree preferred). B.Ed. or teaching certification is required. Proven experience as a Maths Teacher or relevant teaching experience. Strong knowledge of mathematics curriculum and teaching methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage a classroom and create a positive learning environment. Proficient in using technology for teaching purposes. Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
