We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and generate sales leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through calls to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion. Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services. Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to effectively position our products/services in the market. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in a sales-oriented environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and resolve customer complaints effectively. Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus. Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues. Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt. Fluency in multiple languages may be an advantage, depending on the target market.
