Responsibilities: Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products available in the showroom, including features, specifications, and pricing. Sales Assistance: Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, offering product recommendations, and providing details on promotions or discounts. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, restock products on the showroom floor, and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel. Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the showroom displays are visually appealing, organized, and well-maintained to attract and engage customers. Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash or electronic payments, and issue receipts accurately. Customer Queries: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, providing solutions or escalating issues as needed. Promotions and Marketing: Actively promote ongoing promotions, discounts, or special events to encourage sales and customer engagement. Order Management: Coordinate with suppliers and the back-office team to manage product orders and ensure timely deliveries. Sales Reporting: Generate and maintain reports on daily sales, customer interactions, and showroom performance. Skills and Qualifications: Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build positive relationships with customers. Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues. Product Knowledge: Understanding of the products in the showroom and the ability to convey relevant information to customers. Sales Skills: Basic sales skills and the ability to assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Teamwork: Collaborative approach to working with colleagues and other departments. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple tasks, and maintain an organized and tidy showroom.
