As a Graphic Designer in Trivandrum, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate messages effectively and captivate audiences across various mediums. Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop creative and innovative design concepts for a variety of projects including advertisements, brochures, banners, posters, social media graphics, website layouts, and other marketing materials. Brand Identity: Maintain and uphold brand guidelines while creating designs to ensure consistency and alignment with the organization's visual identity and messaging. Digital Design: Produce graphics optimized for digital platforms including websites, social media channels, email campaigns, and online advertisements, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness across devices. Print Production: Prepare print-ready files and collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate reproduction of designs in various formats, sizes, and materials. Photography and Image Editing: Source, edit, and retouch images to enhance visual appeal and coherence of design projects, incorporating photography into designs as needed. Typography and Layout: Apply principles of typography and layout design to create aesthetically pleasing and readable compositions, balancing text and imagery effectively. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design proposals, incorporate feedback, and ensure client satisfaction. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content creators, and web developers to integrate design elements seamlessly into campaigns and projects. Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create and edit graphics and layouts. Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and digital media to continually enhance skills and outputs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects across various mediums. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Creativity and ability to develop original concepts while adhering to project requirements and brand guidelines. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and work in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with web design principles, HTML, CSS, and responsive design concepts is a plus.
