Job Description: Prepare and serve a variety of teas to customers, including traditional, herbal, and specialty blends. Ensure the quality and consistency of tea preparation, following established recipes and techniques. Maintain a clean and organized tea station, including equipment and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about different teas and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth flow of operations during busy hours. Assist in inventory management, including restocking tea supplies and ingredients. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of tea products. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tea varieties and brewing methods. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Tea Maker or Barista is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Knowledge of different types of tea and their brewing methods. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions. A passion for tea and a desire to create exceptional tea experiences for customers.
