Customer Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities. Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of the products or services. Negotiation and Closing: Conduct negotiations with clients, address objections, and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals. Lead Follow-up: Effectively follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities. Sales Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales manager. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of sales contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers to understand their needs and expectations, contributing to product/service improvements. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English. Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen with the ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions. Result-Driven: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Negotiation Skills: Effective negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
