Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the textiles offered by the company to assist customers in making informed decisions. Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Stock Availability: Coordinate with the inventory and sales teams to ensure accurate information on product availability and delivery timelines. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales targets and contribute to customer retention efforts. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to understand their satisfaction levels and areas for improvement. Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional textile products to customers. Order Tracking: Monitor and track the status of customer orders, providing timely updates to customers. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Previous experience in customer relations or a similar role, preferably in the textiles industry. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam and English. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally. Product Knowledge: Familiarity with textiles and the ability to learn about the company's product range. Computer Skills: Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office. Team Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales and inventory. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find solutions to customer issues.
