As a Hair Stylist in Idukki, your primary responsibility will be to provide professional hair care services to clients, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments. Offer expert advice and recommendations on suitable hairstyles, cuts, colors, and treatments based on clients' hair type, face shape, and lifestyle. Provide a range of hair care services, including but not limited to hair cutting, styling, blowouts, coloring, highlights, lowlights, balayage, perms, and hair treatments such as deep conditioning and keratin treatments. Perform haircuts and styling techniques with precision and attention to detail, ensuring client satisfaction with the final result. Apply hair color products accurately and skillfully, following proper techniques and safety protocols to achieve desired shades and tones. Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and product knowledge in the hair care industry to offer innovative and contemporary services to clients. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the salon workstation, including sanitizing tools, equipment, and work surfaces regularly. Manage appointment scheduling effectively, ensuring adequate time for each service and accommodating walk-in clients when possible. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, active listening, and personalized attention to their needs. Upsell salon products and additional services to clients based on their preferences and hair care requirements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a hair stylist or hairstylist assistant, preferably in a salon environment.
