Inquiry Handling: Responding promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints via in-person interaction, telephone, email, or other communication channels. Reservation Management: Assisting guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy of booking details and timely processing of payments. Managing room allocations and coordinating with other departments to fulfill special requests or preferences. Problem Resolution: Addressing any guest concerns or issues in a proactive and efficient manner, striving to resolve problems to the guest's satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with the guest. Concierge Services: Providing concierge services such as arranging transportation, booking tours and excursions, recommending dining options, and assisting with ticket reservations or event planning as requested by guests. Feedback Collection: Soliciting feedback from guests about their experiences and satisfaction levels, and actively seeking opportunities to improve service quality and guest satisfaction. Recording and reporting feedback to the appropriate management personnel for analysis and action. Special Arrangements: Coordinating special arrangements or amenities for guests celebrating occasions such as birthdays, anniversaries, or other milestones, ensuring that their experiences are memorable and personalized. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining positive relationships with repeat guests, VIPs, and corporate clients through personalized interactions, special recognition, and proactive communication. Promotion of Services: Promoting hotel facilities, services, and promotions to guests, encouraging them to explore and take advantage of available amenities during their stay. Administrative Tasks: Performing administrative duties such as maintaining guest records, updating databases, preparing reports, and handling correspondence as required by the management. Requirements: Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles, preferably in a hotel, resort, or luxury establishment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to guest inquiries and complaints. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hotel operations, reservation systems, and guest service standards. Proficiency in using computers and office software for tasks such as email communication, data entry, and report generation. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required. Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages would be an advantage.
