Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established cleanliness standards and procedures. Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and inviting for guests. 2. Bathroom Cleaning and Sanitization: Clean and disinfect bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, showers, and tubs, using appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants. Replenish towels, toiletries, and other bathroom supplies as needed to maintain guest comfort and satisfaction. 3. Surface Cleaning and Dusting: Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, countertops, shelves, and decorative items, to remove dirt, dust, and smudges. Use appropriate cleaning products and techniques to ensure surfaces are clean, sanitized, and free of debris. 4. Floor Care and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to remove dirt, dust, and debris. Clean and polish hard floor surfaces, such as tile, wood, and laminate, to maintain a clean and attractive appearance. 5. Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash, recyclables, and waste materials from guest rooms and common areas in accordance with established procedures and regulations. Segregate and recycle waste items as appropriate to promote environmental sustainability. 6. Linen and Laundry Management: Collect, sort, and transport dirty linens and towels to the laundry area for washing and drying. Fold, iron, and store clean linens and towels in designated storage areas for use by guests and housekeeping staff. 7. Guest Interaction and Assistance: Respond promptly to guest requests, inquiries, and complaints regarding housekeeping services, ensuring prompt resolution and guest satisfaction. Provide assistance and information to guests as needed, including directions, recommendations, and local area knowledge. Requirements: Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in guest rooms and public areas. Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects (up to 20-30 pounds), and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented mindset. Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team.
