As part of our sales team, we are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to contribute to our sales efforts and expand our customer base. Job Description: 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Research and identify potential customers/clients through various channels, including online research, industry databases, social media platforms, and referrals. Conduct outbound prospecting activities, such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking, to generate leads and initiate contact with prospective clients. 2. Qualification and Needs Assessment: Engage with leads to understand their business needs, challenges, and requirements, and qualify them based on their fit with our solutions/products and their potential for conversion. Conduct thorough needs assessments and discovery calls to uncover pain points, goals, and decision-making criteria, and position our solutions/products as viable solutions to address their needs. 3. Solution Presentation and Consultative Selling: Present our solutions/products to prospects through virtual meetings, webinars, demos, and presentations, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions tailored to their specific needs and preferences. Provide consultative guidance and recommendations to prospects, addressing their concerns, objections, and questions effectively, and building rapport and trust throughout the sales process. 4. Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and customize sales proposals, quotes, and presentations based on prospect requirements and preferences, outlining pricing, terms, and implementation plans in alignment with company policies and pricing guidelines. Negotiate terms and conditions with prospects, addressing pricing concerns, contract terms, and service level agreements (SLAs), and closing deals within defined timelines and revenue targets. 5. Pipeline Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM system, tracking progress through the sales pipeline and updating statuses accordingly. Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, analyzing key metrics such as conversion rates, win/loss ratios, and sales velocity to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. 6. Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and cultivate relationships with existing and prospective customers/clients, following up on leads, inquiries, and quotes in a timely and professional manner to build rapport and drive engagement. Provide post-sales support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience to foster long-term relationships and repeat business. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven work experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish credibility, and maintain relationships with customers/clients remotely. Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools, with experience in managing and updating sales pipelines, leads, and opportunities. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to sales prospecting, lead generation, and opportunity qualification. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market dynamics, and customer needs in a fast-paced sales environment.
