Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written) across social media platforms. Ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and tone. Platform Management: Manage and optimize social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Stay informed about platform updates and industry trends. Community Engagement: Foster engagement and build a community around the brand. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Campaign Execution: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including advertising and promotions. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and adjust strategies accordingly. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytics tools to measure the success of social media efforts. Prepare regular reports showcasing key performance metrics and insights. Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media strategies with overall marketing plans. Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members. Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing. Suggest and implement innovative ideas to enhance social media presence. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and advertising options. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in using social media management and analytics tools. Additional Requirements: Creativity and a keen eye for design aesthetics. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Familiarity with local market trends and cultural nuances. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
