We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Representative to join our team in Kalpetta. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to customers in designated territories, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers in assigned territories through cold calling, door-to-door canvassing, networking, and referrals. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads to generate sales opportunities. Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate our products or services to prospective customers, highlighting features, benefits, and value propositions. Tailor sales presentations to address customer needs and preferences effectively. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale with customers to close deals and achieve sales targets. Overcome objections and objections raised by customers with persuasive selling techniques. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Provide excellent customer service and support to address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Gather feedback from customers and prospects to identify opportunities for product improvement and business growth. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-up actions. Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management to track performance and progress towards sales goals. Territory Management: Manage assigned territories effectively, prioritizing sales activities and maximizing sales opportunities. Plan and organize daily sales routes and appointments to optimize time and resources. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, marketing, and customer service, to coordinate sales efforts and address customer needs. Communicate effectively with colleagues to share insights, best practices, and feedback. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or outside sales roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and objectives. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
