We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers. Job Description: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads. Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, providing information, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints. Maintain a professional and courteous manner while communicating with customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up actions. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals. Continuously update knowledge of company products/services, promotions, and policies. Follow company scripts and guidelines for effective communication and customer engagement. Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge. Requirements: Proven experience as a telecaller or similar customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and English. Ability to persuade, influence, and negotiate effectively. Good listening skills and attention to detail.
