Assess client skin type, hair type, and facial features to recommend suitable treatments and products. Beauty Treatments: Perform a variety of beauty treatments and services, including facials, waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures, haircuts, hair coloring, and makeup application. Use professional techniques and high-quality products to achieve desired results. Skincare: Provide personalized skincare treatments based on client needs, such as cleansing, exfoliating, moisturizing, and applying masks or serums. Perform facial massages and other relaxation techniques to promote skin health and rejuvenation. Haircare: Offer a range of haircare services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments. Recommend suitable haircare products and home maintenance routines to help clients maintain healthy and beautiful hair. Makeup Application: Apply makeup for various occasions, including weddings, parties, and photo shoots. Customize makeup looks to complement client features and preferences, ensuring a flawless and long-lasting finish. Product Recommendations: Recommend and promote beauty products, skincare treatments, and haircare products to clients based on their individual needs and concerns. Provide product demonstrations and samples to encourage sales and repeat business. Sanitation and Safety: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the salon or spa environment. Follow sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures for tools, equipment, and workstations to prevent cross-contamination and ensure client safety. Client Education: Educate clients on proper skincare and haircare techniques, as well as recommended products and treatments to address their specific concerns. Provide aftercare instructions and follow-up recommendations to maximize treatment benefits. Requirements: Diploma or certification in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field. Proven experience as a Beautician or Beauty Therapist, preferably in a salon or spa environment. Strong knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and artistic flair. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
