Troubleshooting: Identifying problems with motorcycles and scooters through diagnostic tools and customer descriptions. Then, determining the best course of action for repairs. Parts Replacement: Ordering, replacing, and installing new parts when necessary. This includes sourcing parts from suppliers and ensuring they meet quality standards. Test Riding: After repairs, you'll need to test ride the motorcycle or scooter to ensure the issue has been resolved and everything is functioning properly. Customer Service: Interacting with customers to explain the issues with their vehicles, discussing repair options, and providing estimates for costs and time needed for repairs. Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of repairs, parts used, and services provided. This helps in tracking the history of each vehicle and provides transparency for customers. Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all repairs and maintenance meet safety standards and regulations set for two-wheelers. Shop Cleanliness and Organization: Keeping the workshop clean, organized, and safe for both employees and customers. Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and techniques in two-wheeler mechanics through training and workshops. Problem Solving: Being able to think critically and solve complex mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime for customers.
