Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media. Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, timeline, and fit with company offerings. Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects and decision-makers to introduce company products or services. Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and pitches to showcase value propositions and address client needs. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients. Establish rapport, trust, and credibility with clients to foster long-term business partnerships and repeat sales opportunities. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales deals. Handle objections, overcome obstacles, and address client concerns to facilitate successful sales transactions. Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales contracts in collaboration with sales and management teams. Customize proposals to address client requirements and preferences effectively. Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline and track progress of leads through various stages of the sales process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts. Market Intelligence: Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to stay informed about industry trends, client preferences, and competitive offerings. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to inform strategic decisions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities. Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
