Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Delivery Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The Delivery Executive will be responsible for ensuring the prompt and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a customer-oriented approach. Key Responsibilities: Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes in Trivandrum. Follow routes and time schedules provided by the company for timely deliveries. Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle. Collect payments from customers, if required, and maintain a record of transactions. Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor immediately. Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the delivery vehicle. Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries. Assist in other warehouse duties as assigned. Requirements: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license for two-wheeler or four-wheeler (as per company requirements). Proven experience as a Delivery Executive or similar role. Good knowledge of Trivandrum routes and neighborhoods. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift heavy packages and goods. Strong customer service orientation. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
