Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of South Indian dishes such as dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, rasam, chutneys, and other regional specialties. Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in all dishes. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. Monitor inventory and communicate any ingredient needs to the management. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation.
