We are seeking a competent and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our team in Kozhikode. The Interior Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of interior construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications and timelines. Responsibilities: Site Management: Supervise and coordinate all activities on the interior construction site, including subcontractors, laborers, and material deliveries, to ensure smooth and efficient project progress. Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and construction activities to ensure that work meets quality standards, specifications, and industry best practices. Address any issues or deviations promptly to maintain project integrity. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations on the construction site to ensure a safe working environment for all workers and visitors. Conduct regular safety inspections and address any safety concerns or violations. Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones in coordination with the project manager and subcontractors. Monitor progress against the schedule and take corrective actions to mitigate delays or disruptions. Material Management: Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment required for the interior construction project. Ensure that materials are used efficiently and wastage is minimized. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the project manager, subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders. Communicate project updates, progress reports, and any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner. Problem-solving: Identify and resolve construction-related issues, conflicts, and challenges that may arise during the course of the project. Implement solutions to keep the project on track and within budget. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, work orders, change orders, and as-built drawings. Ensure that all documentation is properly organized and filed for future reference. Requirements: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience working as a site supervisor or construction foreman, preferably in the interior construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints. Proficiency in MS Office and project management software. Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
