Your role will involve overseeing employees, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage shift employees, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance Ensure all operational tasks are completed according to company standards and policies Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally Maintain a clean and organized workspace Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to existing team members Collaborate with other Shift Managers and departments to achieve company goals Prepare and submit shift reports to the Operations Manager Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the [industry/sector] Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with cash handling Familiarity with health and safety regulations Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software
